It can be difficult to identify emotions if you have spent most of your life suppressing them. This session will explore our many emotions and also provide tools for expressing them.
We will also utilize emotional masks to protect ourselves. This can prevent us from expressing our true selves. We will look at those masks and also gain tools for shedding them.
